Multipurpose hall

The multipurpose hall of the Labin City Library has a separate entrance and can be used at different times from the library's opening hours.

The weekly schedule of events is set by Friday for the upcoming week. Until then, it is necessary to report all information about the event.

The capacity of the hall is 110 seats.

TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION OF THE HALL

In the multipurpose hall you have at your disposal: 

• a laptop,
• 2 projectors,
• 2 loudspeaker systems,
• 2 projection screens,
• 2 CD / DVD playbacks,
• Internet,
• 2 flip charts. 

If necessary, the space can be turned into a classroom with 52 seats, including desk, with all the listed projection possibilities.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR ORGANIZERS 

Event organizers should send a written REQUEST and submit a FORM. 

Note: 

Time must be entered for all events except all-day events (such as exhibitions)

For exhibitions, only the desired start date is entered. The estimated duration of an exhibition is 2 weeks.

OPENING HOURS (FOR EVENTS)

Working days: from 8:00 to 21:00

On Saturdays: from 8:00 am to 13:00 (possible until 16:00, upon request)), on Sundays and on days designated as holidays in the Republic of Croatia, the hall is not used.
